We leverage technology to deliver these services through our website, mobile app and by phone. Last year, we helped over 300 million people access information about the currencies that matter to them and over 225,000 people used us to send money overseas.
 
ABOUT THIS ROLE
Our Corporate Sales team is looking to expand their desk with an ambitious, confident, and tenacious individual. As the first point of contact with prospective clients, you have the ability to create and cultivate long-lasting relationships. You will be part of the business development team aimed at growing the corporate client portfolio in the UK and Europe. Your mission will be to drive corporate sales by generating leads & closing deals.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Passionate about new business: You will be responsible for new business development activities from initial research and prospecting of new potential corporate clients, through to qualifying applications and conducting fact finds, understanding a prospect’s business and aiming to solve business problems, and attending meetings to present Xe’s products and services as solutions.
  • Understand your client: You will obtain detailed understanding of prospect client’s FX requirements and set meetings with prospective clients, where you look to find enhancements to the prospective client’s FX processes, and in the process helping solve business problems.
  • Explain FABs (features, advantages and benefits): You will identify the buying motives and explain Xe’s FABs of corporate services to decision maker(s)
  • Achieve targeted number of applications, traded clients and revenue per month, using a range of sales processes, including cold calling, to build a pipeline of opportunities.
  • Working effectively across teams: You will work closely with the on-boarding team for opening new accounts & perform timely and efficient hand-over of new clients to service delivery team (Dealing Team)
 
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • FX Sales Experience: THIS IS A MUST. Please do not apply if you do not have FX Sales Experience.
  • A Dynamic Sales Professional: You have experience in the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and a minimum of 2 years’ FX sales experience is needed.
  • Targets & KPI’s: You have a strong track record of outperformance relative to targeted KPIs.
  • Resilient and fast paced: You have the ability to work within a fast-paced result driven sales environment.
  • Customer Obsessions: Your ability to serve a customer is thorough and well thought out. Providing a great customer journey is what makes you tick.
