ABOUT THIS ROLE
We're looking for a sharp, driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel our sales engine.
In this frontline role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospects-owning the top of the funnel
through strategic outbound prospecting, timely follow-up on inbound interest, and close alignment
with our Sales and Marketing teams. Your mission: hunt for new business, uncover pain points, and
convert early interest into qualified pipeline.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Exhaust all available channels-email, phone, social, and more-to identify which approaches drive the highest engagement and conversion.
  • Hunt, qualify, and prioritize leads through thoughtful outreach and consultative discovery.
  • Benchmark how top-performing companies structure their buying process and use those insights to sharpen our B2B payments sales approach.
  • Deliver tailored insights that challenge prospects to rethink how they grow and operate globally.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to activate leads from campaigns, events, and other sources.
  • Maintain clean and organized records of all prospect interactions and outcomes.
  • Analyze outreach results and optimize your workflow to consistently improve lead conversion.
 
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • 1+ years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
  • A hunter's mindset-proactive, persistent, and energized by creating new opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to actively listen, adapt, and articulate value.
  • Highly coachable, self-motivated, and eager to grow your career in sales.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Team-oriented with a positive, collaborative attitude.
 
Working Conditions & Physical Demands
  • Primarily sedentary work in a general office environment.  
  • Requires manual dexterity to use computer, telephone and peripherals
  • Must be able to carry, lift or push up to 15-lbs

Xe offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The reasonable estimated pay for this role ranges from ($50,000USD to $60,000USD).  Actual compensation is based upon factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.  In addition, Xe offers a wide range of best in class, comprehensive and inclusive employee benefits for this role including healthcare, dental and vision benefits, a 401(K) plan, Paid Vacation/ Sick Leave and more.
