How will you help Xe become more successful?
Reporting to the Sales Director Australia, the Business Development Manager identifies new business opportunities for Xe services from prospect customers to maximise business opportunities for Xe from any existing customers allocated to the role holder.
What you’ll do
Core tasks
Identifying new business opportunities via a range of valid sources such as Internet, company database/s, cross fertilization of existing XE clients, press related journals.
Be highly motivated to succeed, eager to learn within a dynamic, target driven and competitive yet enjoyable environment.
Relationship Management skills required in order to exceed expectations of customers, non-customers, affiliates & any third-party relationships.
Achieve targeted number of applications, traded clients and revenue per month.
Undertake any other duties that the company reasonably requires you to do.
New Business
Responsible for all new business development activities from initial research and prospecting of new potential clients, through to qualifying applications and conducting fact finds, conducting rate comparisons and attending meetings to present XE’s services.
Constantly looking for business development opportunities whilst relationship managing existing client base.
Further raise the profile of Xe in Australia and advance brand awareness.
Participate in offsite presentations for Corporate, Private or Affiliate business as required.
Customer
Provide a friendly, proactive service achieving an in-depth understanding of the client’s business, needs and requirements thus arriving at delivering the appropriate service
offering.
Provide a proactive service to the affiliate relationships, ensuring they remain informed of relevant market information and are abreast of the risks posed to their clients’ business by foreign exchange risk.
